Products in stock are usually shipped within two working days.
Once the product has been shipped you will be notified by email and a copy of the consignment number and or registered mail receipt information will be in the email.
RC Flyer currently only ships within Australia. If you are outside of Australia please contact RC Flyer via email. to get a quotation on shipping.
The majority of our products will be shipped by Australian Post. Express post bags or registered parcel mail.
Small products less than 5Kg are shipped in Express post bags using Australia Post to anywhere in Australia. Australia Post usually delivers next day but you should allow for 2-3 business days.
Larger parcels will be shipped by Road and may take 2-5days.
Shipping charges are worked out automatically in your shopping cart.
RC Flyer may change without notice Freight pricing to come in line with freight price increases. You will be informed of any order that incurs a price increase and you will have the option to utilise your own chosen courier at your expense.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and your location, as shown in the Shipping option in your shopping cart. You can also utilise the Postage Calculator located at the Australian Post website www.austpost.com.au
Warranties and Returns
All products carry full manufacturer's warranties. Goods must be returned at the customer's expense, to RC Flyer accompanied by a Return Authorisation Form.
A Return Authorisation form can be obtained by contacting RC Flyer via email. A return Authorisation form will be sent via return email, to be filled out.
Batteries
FlightPower Lipo batteries are covered by a three month crash 50% replacement policy. This means that if you crash your model and damage your FligthPower Lipo batteries, you can purchase a new Flightpower Lipo battery of equivalent MAh and Cell count at 50% RRP. This is done through the Australian distributor of FlightPower. Email RC Flyer for the details should you end up in this situation.
